STEPS Rehabilitation is a family business run by founding directors and sisters, Jules Leahy and Toria Chan. STEPS deliver short term intensive neuro and complex trauma rehabilitation to enable people to reach their full potential and to rebuild their lives. STEPS is a unique purpose built rehabilitation facility in Sheffield, Yorkshire. There is a large therapy gym, skills kitchens, hydrotherapy pool, and beautiful gardens in a non-clinical, comfortable and homely environment. We have created a unique environment that enables people to access all therapies under one roof. We work alongside families and other professionals and organisations helping our clients, this includes the NHS, Legal professionals, insurance companies, Sheffield universities and experts in rehabilitation technology. Our mission is to achieve the very highest levels of recovery by providing first-class therapies that are delivered by a specialised and motivated team of professionals and carers.

STEPS Rehabilitation
This is an exciting opportunity to join STEPS Rehabilitation, an award winning specialist rehabilitation centre in Sheffield. You will need to share the STEPS values and philosophies which are integral to our reputation. You will work closely with the PT and OT teams, and other members of the IDT. You will have the opportunity to continue to use your skills and knowledge to provide high quality therapy as well as to support and empower the SLT team. You will work with clients who have suffered life changing injuries and illnesses, including  TBI, stroke, complex poly trauma and SCI, as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team supporting clients to live as independently as possible. You will be working closely with the clients, their family and the rest of the team at STEPS as part of the Interdisciplinary team.
