Powerful Voices Ltd is a small independent SALT company that specialises in Complex Neurodiverse needs and AAC. We truly believe everyone has a voice and our role is to support and facilitate developing tools to support this. That communication is a fundamental life skill and everyone should have the ability to self advocate for themselves. As a small team we have some amazing peer supervision, clinical supervision and a growth ethos meaning everyone is developing and progressing within their roles. We have a full CPD programme which is built around the whole team and every member creating opportunities to keep up to date on approaches and evidence based practice. 

Currently we have therapists who cover all over the midlands but they are never alone and always fully supported with ample opportunity for support and joint working. We are a family first team which means we believe in flexible working and making sure their is a healthy work life balance.
