Speech and Language Therapist - Neuro We are looking for SALT B7 to work between 22.5 -37.5 hours per week at present. You will be working as part of a busy Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy team based in North Kent, across a large geographical patch (Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale), carrying out assessment and intervention for patients mainly with dysphagia and some communication. Patient groups include dementia, elderly care, progressive neurological conditions, stroke, FND. You will see patients in their own homes, nursing homes, community inpatient rehab wards, outpatient clinics and virtually as indicated. You will also support the team with triage.
