Speech and Language Therapist - Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum. Location: Shropshire, with travel to other service locations. Reports to: Head of Clinical Services. About the Role We are looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT). You will provide specialist Speech & Language Therapy support to children and young people, working collaboratively across our services to promote well being, independence, and communication skills. This role includes both direct intervention and advisory responsibilities, supporting staff, carers, and other professionals to meet the complex communication needs of young people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
