This innovative provision supports pupils who are unable to access mainstream education due to neurodiversity, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), trauma, and significant mental health challenges. The role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, remote speech and language therapy within a therapeutic, relationship-led education model. The Speech and Language Therapist will provide remote assessments and interventions to children and young people with complex communication needs.
