Job Description - Speech Therapist / Clinical Specialist (7796) Purpose of Position: Serves as a clinical resource for Rehabilitation staff in a focused area of clinical expertise; plans and conducts treatment programs for patients. Responsible for assisting management in the planning, development, organization, and supervision of the specified clinical specialty area. This includes Program and Staff Development for therapy services related to the clinical specialty area. Responsible for direct Clinical Therapy Services as determined by patient need and staffing.
