An educational organization in Greater London is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to provide therapy services to adolescents and young adults. The candidate will conduct assessments, create management plans, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. The position requires the ability to work flexibly for 1-2 days a week and maintain professional standards, including HCPC registration. Training will be provided for parents and educational staff as needed.

Job Summary Provide speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to adolescents and young adults with a range of speech, language & communication needs (SLCN) possibly in the context of other neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions. Develop skills within an identified specialist area. Implement evidence based models of care and intervention approaches focused on outcomes and impact. Provide training to parents, education staff and other professionals as required. Collaborate seamlessly as an integral member of the multi disciplinary team, contributing to service development projects where applicable.
