Cromwell Hospital in Kensington is seeking a Lead Speech and Language Therapist (Adult) for a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week). Provide staff and operational leadership including governance and quality improvement initiatives for the SLT service. Deliver highly specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for clients with speech, language and swallowing difficulties, often with complex needs, covering both inpatients and outpatients. Receive inpatient referrals from oncology, neuro, cardiac and intensive care units, among others.
