Therapy Links UK C.I.C. (TLUK) is a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary therapy company that provides fair access to therapy for everyone.
We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led and are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the South East to follow a “pay what you can afford” model. We have been operating for just over 3 years, and in that time have provided over £23,000 of free or heavily discounted therapy to families who otherwise would be unable to access it. And we want to do more.
Our key values are fairness, integrity, collaboration and quality – these values are more than a strapline, they are behaviours that we as a team practise in our day-to-day work, they are how we make decisions and how we measure our success.
As an employee with TLUK you will have your skills invested in with opportunities to try new things, you’ll have access to a strong support network and joint working opportunities. At TLUK we recognise people have lives outside of work and support flexible working including home working where possible – we also offer all our employees paid time off for wellbeing.
Why work for us? We asked our team, and this is what they said:
“I love working at Therapy Links because I feel comfortable to be unequivocally myself while being challenged to grow and learn continuously”
“I’ve worked with TLUK for a year, and I’ve had more exciting opportunities for new roles, career progression and CPD in that one year, than over the previous three years put together”
“This is a fantastic, forward thinking and supportive team striving to make a difference”
“I’ve never felt this well supported in terms of flexible working”
“We are a newer organisation, which means there is plenty of opportunity for discussion and inputting into how things work – I find this super exciting!”
“There is a lovely culture of asking for support and sharing knowledge”
“I love working at Therapy Links for the vast access to knowledge and experience this team shares with one another”
“I love working in a team where we all share the same values. Supervision is regular and I always feel valued”.
“It is understood that we are all trying our best, and our wellbeing is very important”
“We have a wide range of disciplines and experience within the team, which means there’s always the chance to learn from others and develop clinical skills”.
“The organisation is flexible and accommodating, so is a good fit for those seeking part-time employment or alternative working arrangements”
“I love telling people about TLUK!”
“Come and join our team!”
