Therapy Links UK C.I.C (TLUK) is a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary therapy company supporting children and young people aged 0-25, with vacancies in South London. We are a social enterprise and are one of the only independent therapy companies to offer a “pay what you can afford” service to families ensuring our services are open to all irrespective of their financial circumstances.
We currently have posts available within our education team which provides services to a range of specialist and mainstream school and college settings.
Post 1: NQT / NHS Band 6 therapists: We are looking for either newly qualified therapists looking for a well-supported first job, or alternatively those who already have a few years’ experience and are looking to take on some more responsibility. This post will be based in both specialist settings (e.g. complex needs, ASD, SEMH settings) and mainstream settings and lots of support and CPD will be provided. Clinical session in Bexley / Bromley, South London, and Surrey.
Post 2: Clinical Lead Therapist: We are recruiting into this exciting new role within our Education team and are looking for an experienced therapist to join us. You would work with the other Clinical Lead therapists within TLUK to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to the TLUK team, and work with the senior leadership team to develop the quality and impact of our services. This is an exciting role that has scope to grow and develop and would initial focus on setting up services within an academy trust across a range of SEMH provisions and mainstream settings. The successful therapist would work jointly with our other Clinical Lead for Education to oversee commissioned input to our schools and colleges across London and the southeast.

Therapy Links UK C.I.C. (TLUK) is a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary therapy company that provides fair access to therapy for everyone.
We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led and are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the South East to follow a “pay what you can afford” model. We have been operating for just over 3 years, and in that time have provided over £23,000 of free or heavily discounted therapy to families who otherwise would be unable to access it. And we want to do more.
Our key values are fairness, integrity, collaboration and quality – these values are more than a strapline, they are behaviours that we as a team practise in our day-to-day work, they are how we make decisions and how we measure our success.
As an employee with TLUK you will have your skills invested in with opportunities to try new things, you’ll have access to a strong support network and joint working opportunities. At TLUK we recognise people have lives outside of work and support flexible working including home working where possible – we also offer all our employees paid time off for wellbeing.
