Therapy Links UK C.I.C. (TLUK) is a not-for-profit multi-disciplinary therapy company that provides fair access to therapy for everyone.
We are a unique organisation that supports schools, colleges and individual families to access therapy support that is flexible, innovative and needs led and are one of the only independent therapy companies in London and the South East to follow a “pay what you can afford” model. We have been operating for just over 3 years, and in that time have provided over £23,000 of free or heavily discounted therapy to families who otherwise would be unable to access it. And we want to do more.
Our key values are fairness, integrity, collaboration and quality – these values are more than a strapline, they are behaviours that we as a team practise in our day-to-day work, they are how we make decisions and how we measure our success.
As an employee with TLUK you will have your skills invested in with opportunities to try new things, you’ll have access to a strong support network and joint working opportunities. At TLUK we recognise people have lives outside of work and support flexible working including home working where possible – we also offer all our employees paid time off for wellbeing.
