The Opportunity:

 
As a Speech and Language Therapist at Brighter Futures, you will be at the forefront of our transformative educational setting. Here, you will:
 
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each student's unique communication profile and needs.
- Design individualised therapy plans aligned with EHCP outcomes, addressing communication disorders with creativity and expertise.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support, ensuring seamless integration of communication strategies across all aspects of our students' lives.
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in clinical audits, service development projects, and professional growth opportunities.
 
Your Qualifications:
 
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for lifelong learning and staying current with the latest developments in the field.
