Speech and Language Therapist

Full time 50 week contract

Salary: £26,752.88 - £32,902.88 pa (WTE salary banding £27,823 - £34,219 pa).

Part time / term time only work also considered. We are based in the Hampshire area  and offer support with relocation costs. 

We are seeking a band 5 equivalent therapist to join our well-established and hugely supportive  team of 12 speech and language therapists and 2 speech and language therapy assistants working in  a range of mainstream and specialist educational settings. You will work alongside lead therapists throughout the week, as well as having the opportunity to work autonomously. You will receive  protected CPD time every week and be part of an excellent supervision structure, including support  with NQT competencies. We have a very high staff retention rate and are passionate about supporting therapists to develop their career within our team. Most recently we have supported one  of our speech and language therapists to become a sensory integration practitioner. 

We offer a competitive salary for newly qualified therapists, or those seeking a band 5 development  role. Our pay scale includes incremental points and is reviewed on an annual basis. We also have  access to an employee assistance programme which offers a range of support for employees.
