Job Opportunity: Senior Specialist Speech & Language Therapist
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £46,000 - £53,500
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a dynamic team. You ll lead and deliver specialist therapy services to individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will guide the development of individualized care plans, facilitate rehabilitation, and support patients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize a complex caseload of patients with ABI.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy programs.
• Provide expert guidance on communication and swallowing disorders.
• Lead in planning, developing, and evaluating therapy services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external professionals.

About You:

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, registered with HCPC.
• Dysphagia competencies achieved.
• Minimum 4 years experience in complex case management.
• Specialist knowledge of ABI-related interventions.
