The position is for a full time permanent post for 52 weeks per annum.
Salary starting at £46,000 pro rata per annum (dependant on experience).

Condover College Ltd are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Lead Speech and Language Therapist to manage the SLT team. You would be working with adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities in both an education and care setting. The role involves carrying out assessments, delivering therapy, training staff and promoting a Total Communication Approach across the organisation. You will need to demonstrate knowledge and application of evidence based practice and be able to manage your workload effectively. The post holder would be required to conduct regular supervision sessions to the Speech and Language Therapists.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification, HCPC registration and RCSLT membership. CCL would cover RCSLT and HCPC fees once successfully employed.
