Speech and Language Teaching Assistant - Salford

This two-form entry Primary school require a Teaching Assistant to support a young boy in Year 1 who has Speech and Language delay. The child was born prematurely so is only using single words and short phrases. They use Wellcomm, Colourful Semantics, black sheep resources, visual approaches to tasks and have a detailed Speech and Language plan from Trafford which gives addition guidance.
This school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with students who have Speech and Language difficulties. You will be working as part of a team to provide this child with the 1:1 support he needs.
