Salary: £43,500 - £49,100 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Our client is committed to supporting individuals in their recovery from brain injuries through expert neurorehabilitation. They operate rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and supported living facilities, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. As part of a compassionate multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on people's lives each and every day.

• Manage a caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
• Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
• Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Experience: At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
• Skills: Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
