This ongoing locum opportunity offers £30 per hour and provides flexibility with 20 hours per week from Monday to Wednesday, but full-time applicants will also be considered. What you will do:

• Perform comprehensive Dysphagia assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with feeding tubes.
• Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to individuals within community settings across Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Deliver education and training to patients, caregivers, and other health professionals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
