Newly Qualified Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
Location: National Therapy Assessment Centre, Bridgwater, TA6 6LQ (plus, Outreach Hubs & Home Visits)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £28,500 per annum (with potential for progression following completion of competencies)

This role is ideal for a newly or recently qualified Speech and Language Therapist! We provide structured support to help you work through your Newly Qualified Therapist (NQT) competencies if required, and we can fully support you through your NQT year in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

What you will do:
Assess, identify, and review children’s speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop personalised therapy programmes in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team.
Empower families by teaching them how to deliver effective therapy at home.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in speech and language therapy.
Make a real impact by helping children with complex needs find the best way to communicate for them and their family.
