Your Role:
In this role, you will:
● Deliver high-quality SLT care to adults with acquired conditions in their homes and community settings.
● Perform comprehensive communication and swallowing assessments.
● Develop and implement personalised treatment plans that empower patients and their families.
● Work closely with colleagues in the Community Stroke Rehab Team, Community Neuro Therapy Service, and Nutrition & Dietetics to deliver joined-up care.
● Bring your ideas to the table and help shape the future of our service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
● RCSLT-recognised SLT degree and HCPC registration.
● We will support Band 5 applicants toward postgraduate dysphagia qualification.
● A passion for supporting adult patients with acquired conditions.
● Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a desire to develop your leadership abilities.
