Your Role: Changing Lives Every Day
In this exciting role, you will:
- Deliver expert SLT care to stroke survivors in the community, supporting their recovery journey.
- Provide specialist advice to our multidisciplinary team to ensure gold-standard rehabilitation care.
- Assess and manage complex swallowing and communication difficulties using advanced clinical reasoning skills.
- Help develop the service by mentoring junior staff, contributing to training initiatives, and leading projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC Registered as a Speech and Language Therapist. Strong background in adult neurology, stroke care, and dysphagia management (Band 6 level or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting others.
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based stroke care and NHS frameworks.
- UK Driving Licence and access to a car for work purposes
