Make a difference in community neuro rehab
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced SLT to join our friendly, multidisciplinary Community Neurology Service (CNS) in Gloucestershire. You’ll lead on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults with complex neurological conditions (including stroke) affecting communication and swallowing.
What you'll do
- Independently manage a highly specialist caseload
- Work across homes, clinics and community settings
- Be an integral part of a supportive MDT
- Act as a key SLT contact with acute and voluntary services
- Lead on CPD, training, and pathway development

About you
- HCPC & RCSLT registered with significant post-grad experience
- Dysphagia trained (intermediate+ level)
- Confident in neuro rehab and working across agency boundaries
- Keen to contribute to innovation and service development
- FEES/VFS or tracheostomy experience a bonus
