Join us at Uxbridge College’s brand-new, purpose-built SEND campus at Barra Hall, Hayes, opening September 2025. This vibrant new setting will support over 60 learners with SEND, including those with severe learning disabilities (SLD), in a truly inclusive and modern environment.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up, with state-of-the-art, accessible facilities and an embedded on-site multidisciplinary team — including SLTs, OTs, Physios and medical staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Carry out assessments and design individualised therapy plans
Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions to support communication needs
Guide and train support staff to implement therapy strategies
Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to annual reviews
Maintain clear, professional documentation and monitor progress
What We’re Looking For:
Degree-qualified and HCPC registered SLT
Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
Experience with SEND/SLD is a bonus, but not essential
Able to work independently and thrive in a supportive team
Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
