Location: Canterbury (hybrid-remote, minimum 1 day per week in the office)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time considered

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience and skills but will be within the range £39,433 - £41, 575 pro rata.

About the role

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to evidence-led product development, ensuring content is user-friendly and aligned with best practice
  • Design and deliver high-quality training and CPD to education and health professionals
  • Provide clinical guidance to users, supporting effective implementation in settings
  • Support research and impact evaluation projects, helping us measure the impact of our tools

This is a non-traditional SLT role that still values your clinical background - while giving you the chance to work more strategically and creatively.

About you

You’ll be:

  • Qualified SLT, registered with HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience supporting children and young people with SLCN in education
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Confident using digital tools and excited about tech-enabled support
  • Proactive, flexible, and innovative
  • Open to occasional travel for in-person events.

Desirable:

  • Experience creating resources or clinical content
  • Interest in research or impact evaluation
  • Confidence engaging on company social media channels.
  • Experience delivering remote training or webinars
  • Familiarity with Speech and Language Link packages
