Are you interested in embracing neurodiversity affirming therapy approaches? Would you like to join a passionate multi-disciplinary team of practitioners supporting autistic children and young people and their families?  

The Queensmill Trust is a newly formed specialist Multi-Academy Trust, with a focus on autism and related SENs. The trust governs two purpose-built autism specialist schools, two resource bases linked to mainstream schools, a college and internship programme and a small specialist residential and short break facility.

At the Queensmill Trust we recognise that our staff members are our most valuable resource. We therefore invest time and money in a range of training and professional development opportunities. We also encourage and support staff to undertake research and develop specialisms in key areas of practice that interest them.

We have a variety of SaLT and OT roles at band 5, 6 and 7 across our settings with fantastic opportunities to be influential in new service development at every level. We offer clinical supervision and performance management with experienced and knowledgeable therapists.
