What you will do - Provide clinical and professional leadership across adult inpatient areas.
- Conduct thorough assessments for patients requiring tracheotomy intervention for dysphagia.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support the education and development of junior staff and contribute to ongoing professional training.
Requirements - Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
- Trained in dysphagia and tracheotomy for swallow assessment.
- Own transport is preferred to navigate between locations.
