Job Location: Petherton Park School, North Petherton (TA6)
Salary: The salary ranges from £19,372.50 to £23,322.60 for a 22.5 hour week (3 days per week over 42 weeks). This is equivalent to a full time salary of £30,010.50 to £36,250.50 based on 37.5 hours over 52 weeks

In this role, you'll be central to supporting pupils with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, helping them develop the communication skills that allow them to thrive. Your work will empower children to express themselves, build confidence, and engage more fully with the world around them.
Your day will begin with a collaborative morning briefing, offering space to share insights and stay connected with our dedicated team. From there, your work may include 1:1 therapy sessions, small group interventions, or partnering with teachers in the classroom to embed communication strategies. Every moment offers the chance to make a genuine difference in a child's life.
You'll also play a key role in guiding and supporting less experienced therapists, helping to nurture their growth and strengthen the quality of our service. You'll contribute to developing training materials for colleagues and support university students on placement, enriching the team's collective understanding of communication development.
