What you will do
  • Specialist Practice: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy interventions tailored to children with complex communication needs.
  • Assessment & Planning: Use a range of assessment tools to develop personalised support and intervention plans.
  • SEMH Support: Apply knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice within therapeutic settings.
  • Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for service users.
  • Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with families, carers, and stakeholders to support therapy goals.
  • Clinical Standards: Maintain compliance with RCSLT communication standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Documentation: Produce accurate and professional reports to support clinical decisions and outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on legislation and engage in professional development activities.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with children, particularly within SEMH or neurodivergent populations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of a range of assessment tools and intervention approaches.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
