Adult Speech and Language Therapist - Community The closing date is 24 June 2026 We are looking for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist passionate about community-based care for adults with swallowing and communication disorders across Cornwall. The post will be based in St Austell. This job is open only to current employees of the following NHS organisations: Cornwall Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board. Main duties of the job To provide a specialist Adult SLT service, specifically to St Austell and surrounding areas in conjunction with other ASLT colleagues.
