About the Role Circa £40,000 per annum pro rata Based at Sophie House (Hampton Bishop) & Martha House (Hampton Green), Hereford (HR1) hours per week, over 3 or 4 days A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and self motivated Speech and Language Therapist for the Trust. The role provides professional advice, assessment, care planning and review for 28 residents across 2 homes, which provide lifelong care for people with profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team with an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, complementary therapist, music therapist and an experienced part time SALT assistant to support you at each home. The team collaborates with a well resourced, experienced and skilled workforce of nurses, nursing associates and carers to deliver complex, individualised, holistic care to residents of all ages.
