About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join a supportive team in Greenwich. This rewarding role involves assessing and supporting individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement tailored intervention programmes.
• Support service users with swallowing and feeding difficulties where appropriate.
• Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
• Provide advice, guidance, and training to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Previous experience as a Speech and Language Therapist is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
