Speech & Language Therapist. Band 6/7. Specialist SEN School
Location: London
Salary: Dependent on experience, aligned with NHS Band 6/7 rates
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Locum. Term time only
Start: Immediate start preferred
We are recruiting for 2 Speech & Language Therapists to join a specialist SEN school in London supporting children and young people with complex learning, communication, physical and medical needs.
We are seeking experienced Paediatric Speech & Language Therapists with previous experience working within education settings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- HCPC registration.
- Strong paediatric SALT experience.
- Previous experience working within a school or education setting.
- Experience supporting children with complex SEN and communication needs.
Dysphagia experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working collaboratively with education, health and care professionals.
- Strong assessment, intervention and care planning skills.
Band 6 candidates are preferred, although Band 7 candidates may also be considered depending on experience.
Immediate availability is preferred.
