Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) looking to create a meaningful impact for children with Special Educational Needs? We’re seeking a dedicated, HCPC-registered professional to join our supportive, dynamic SEN school team, helping children communicate, connect, and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for children with a wide range of communication needs.
Develop and implement personalised communication plans, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) where appropriate.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, support staff, and families to integrate communication support throughout the school day.
Contribute to EHCPs, write detailed reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings.
Provide staff training to embed communication strategies across classrooms and ensure consistency in approach.
What We’re Looking For:
HCPC registration (essential).
Proven experience working with children with SEN in schools or educational settings.
Confidence delivering direct and indirect therapy.
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
Enthusiastic, child-centred, and committed to improving outcomes for young learners.
