Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) looking to create a meaningful impact for children with Special Educational Needs? We’re seeking a dedicated, HCPC-registered professional to join our supportive, dynamic SEN school team, helping children communicate, connect, and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for children with a wide range of communication needs.

  • Develop and implement personalised communication plans, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) where appropriate.

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, support staff, and families to integrate communication support throughout the school day.

  • Contribute to EHCPs, write detailed reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings.

  • Provide staff training to embed communication strategies across classrooms and ensure consistency in approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HCPC registration (essential).

  • Proven experience working with children with SEN in schools or educational settings.

  • Confidence delivering direct and indirect therapy.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

  • Enthusiastic, child-centred, and committed to improving outcomes for young learners.
