Speech and Language Teaching Assistant

Primary or Secondary School in Marlow Full-Time Immediate Start
Pay: £90 £100 per day

Do you have a passion for supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs? A friendly school in Marlow is looking for a committed Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Provide tailored support to students with speech and language difficulties
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
• Use specialist strategies and resources to develop communication skills
• Track progress and adapt interventions to meet individual needs
• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment

Who We re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with speech and language needs (school or clinical setting)
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals
• A proactive, organised individual passionate about SEND support
