Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist (EdTech)

Location: Canterbury (hybrid-remote, minimum 1 day per week in the office)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time considered

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience and skills but will be within the range £39,433 - £41,575 pro rata.

We’re an education technology company dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people with SLCN. Our award winning digital tools help schools across the UK to screen, support, and track communication development.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll help design and develop our digital support packages, deliver engaging training, and offer expert guidance to schools and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to evidence-led product development, ensuring content is user-friendly and aligned with best practice

  • Design and deliver high-quality training and CPD to education and health professionals

  • Provide clinical guidance to users, supporting effective implementation in settings

  • Support research and impact evaluation projects, helping us measure the impact of our tools

About You

  • Qualified SLT, registered with HCPC and RCSLT

  • Experience supporting children and young people with SLCN in education

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Confident using digital tools and excited about tech enabled support

  • Proactive, flexible, and innovative

  • Open to occasional travel for in-person events.

Desirable

  • Experience creating resources or clinical content

  • Interest in research or impact evaluation

  • Confidence engaging on company social media channels.

  • Experience delivering remote training or webinars

  • Familiarity with Speech and Language Link packages
