Salary: From £60,000 
Hours: Full time - Permanent (Part Time will also be considered)

London Speech Therapy (LST) is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of multidisciplinary clinical services for adults, children and young people.

Founded in 2009 and led by Consultant and Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapists, we have built a reputation for delivering gold standard, evidence-based services across clinics, schools and community settings throughout London and beyond.

We are now looking for an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join our senior leadership team as Clinical Services Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership, service development and team management while continuing to influence high-quality clinical practice.
 
About the role

As Clinical Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the continued development and quality of our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and governance across services
  • Supervising and developing a team of Speech & Language Therapists
  • Supporting quality assurance, outcomes and best practice
  • Contributing to service development and innovation
  • Working closely with schools, families and partner organisations
  • Maintaining a small clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities

You will join a senior leadership team of Consultant and Highly Specialist SLTs who are passionate about delivering exceptional services and supporting professional growth within the team.

About London Speech Therapy

Our multidisciplinary services include:

Clinics:
Five London clinics (Stratford, Harley Street, Clapham High Street, Monument and Belgravia) providing specialist assessment and therapy.

Schools:
Commissioned services across 40+ schools and local authorities, delivering bespoke speech and language provision.

Community:
Supporting families across London, Kent and beyond through home and school visits.

Online:
Providing services to clients across the UK and internationally.

We work closely with professionals across Speech & Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology and Occupational Therapy to provide integrated support.

  • Senior Band 7 or Band 8a Speech & Language Therapists seeking broader leadership responsibility
  • Clinical leads working in schools, private practice or community services
  • SLTs passionate about service development and team leadership
  • Experienced clinicians who want to influence services at scale while maintaining clinical involvement

About you

You will be:

  • A HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist and RCSLT member
  • An experienced clinician with leadership or supervisory experience
  • Confident in clinical governance and quality assurance
  • Skilled in supporting and developing colleagues
  • Organised, collaborative and comfortable working strategically
