DescriptionSpeech & Language Therapist - SEN Schools Aylesbury Start ASAP What You'll Be Doing: No two days are the same! You'll play a vital role in helping students find their voice and build confidence through tailored support. Your day-to-day may include: Assessing students' speech, language, and communication needs Designing and delivering personalised therapy plans Supporting students with a range of needs (including ASD, speech delays, and complex communication difficulties) Using creative and engaging strategies (visual aids, games, AAC tools) to support learning Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to embed communication strategies into the classroom Providing guidance and training to staff and families to ensure consistent support Monitoring progress and adapting interventions to maximise outcomes Supporting students with social communication and interaction skills Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing Assisting with personal care where required, as part of a holistic support approach We're Looking For Someone Who: Is a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC registered or equivalent) Is available 5 days per week Has experience or a strong interest in SEN settings Brings positivity, patience, and a proactive attitude Is comfortable supporting with personal care where needed Can start immediately What You'll Get: Full-time, consistent work (5 days a week) Immediate start-no delays Supportive, welcoming school environments The chance to genuinely change lives every day Competitive pay If you're ready to step into a role where your skills truly matter and your impact is seen every day, we'd love to hear from you!
