What You Will Do:
- Deliver specialist speech and language therapy within ICU and critical care
- Assess and manage patients with complex swallowing and communication difficulties
- Provide tracheostomy care and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
- Support and train junior staff and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Proven experience in ICU/critical care settings
- Competency in tracheostomy management (essential)
- Full driving licence for commuting
