The Role

As a locum Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide essential support to children and young people with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.

You may be involved in:

  • Completing speech and language assessments
  • Delivering individual and group therapy sessions
  • Creating therapy plans and intervention programmes
  • Supporting classroom-based communication strategies
  • Writing reports and contributing to EHCP recommendations
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, families, and wider multidisciplinary teams
Requirements

We are keen to hear from Speech and Language Therapists who are:

  • HCPC registered
  • Experienced or interested in paediatric caseloads
  • Confident working within schools, clinics, or specialist settings
  • Able to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
  • Open to flexible locum opportunities across the UK

Experience within SEN, education, paediatrics, or specialist provision settings is highly desirable.
