Speech & Language Therapist - Paediatric SEMH Team within AHP - Speech & Language Therapy in Princes Risborough, earning up to £35.00 per hour. This ongoing opportunity offers flexible part-time or full-time working options, with an initial commitment of 18.75 hours per week. This is a role for a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist working with children with diverse communication needs in a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Assessment & Intervention: Provide assessment and tailored intervention for children with complex communication needs.
- SEMH Support: Apply knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice to support children and families.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with families, carers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Clinical Development: Utilise a variety of assessment tools and intervention approaches to enhance outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with HCPC and RCSLT standards, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist.
- Experience working with children, particularly within SEMH or neurodivergent populations.
- Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
