What you will do
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Relevant Degree: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC Registration: Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Clinical Experience: Specialist or highly specialist experience in dysphagia or related areas.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet diverse needs.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for travel across sites.
