Main duties of the jobIn this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

Mildmay Oaks offers varied clinical experience in a supportive, established service across Low Secure Units, Locked Rehabilitation, and Bespoke Therapeutic Placements, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service is easily accessible by public transport via the Farnborough Basingstoke line and nearby Winchfield Station.
RequirementsThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
