Salary: The salary ranges from £32,287.50 to £38,871.00 for a 37.5 hour week (over 42 weeks). This is equivalent to a full time salary of £39,975.00 to £48,126.00 based on 37.5 hours over 52 weeks

As part of our dedicated Integrated Therapy Team, you'll play a key role in supporting Children and Young People with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, work that is purposeful, rewarding, and genuinely impactful.
Your days will be varied and fulfilling. Each morning begins with a team briefing where you'll share updates, celebrate progress, and set the tone for the day. From there, you might deliver a 1:1 therapy session, run a small group intervention, or join a classroom to offer seamless therapeutic support. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a child feel seen, understood, and valued.
Collaboration is woven into everything we do. Alongside your direct work with pupils, you'll support education Team Members with therapeutic strategies, work closely with our onsite Creative Arts Therapist, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings with parents, Teachers, and external professionals. You'll also have protected time for clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing development, all within a nurturing, forward thinking setting.
