Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join the Learning Disability Community Team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to provide assessment and therapy in a community setting, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
The role requires HCPC registration, a degree in SLT, and a driving licence. You will contribute to CPD and work in a supportive, dynamic team with opportunities for development.
