Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic senior clinician to lead and shape frailty services within Acute Medicine. The role sits at the heart of a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment, providing expert clinical leadership to support some of our most complex and vulnerable patients. You will play a pivotal role in driving high quality, person centred care, influencing pathways, and enhancing outcomes for individuals with frailty across the acute setting. Working closely with medical, nursing, and therapy teams, you will lead on clinical decision making, workforce development, and service innovation.
