Speech And Language Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated team within a specialist SEN school. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with a range of communication needs and make a lasting difference to their development.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with pupils who have a variety of needs, including autism, speech and language delays, and complex communication difficulties. You will play a key role in helping students develop their communication skills, enabling them to access learning and engage more confidently with the world around them.

• Assess pupils' speech, language, and communication needs
• Plan and deliver tailored therapy programmes
• Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and families
• Provide guidance and strategies to support communication in the classroomMonitor progress and maintain accurate records

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting
• Knowledge of a range of communication needs and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
