We are looking for a dynamic SLT to provide assessment, advice and intervention for mainstream primary schools buying in our traded SLT service. The post holder would ideally have experience working with children with developmental speech and language delays and disorders and preferably have experience working in a school environment collaboratively working with educational professionals to help meet the schools individual Speech Language and Communication needs Rotherham is a friendly and dynamic Speech and Language Therapy department. Caseloads are divided into specialist teams to ensure that all therapists working with similar client groups are part of a strong supporting team. This post sits within the Traded schools SLT teams. The department offers a formal mentoring, peer support and a Personal Development Review system which ensures that training and learning needs can be identified and met appropriately.
