We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities
  • Work under the guidance of our Principal SaLT and the wider SaLT Team.
  • Assess, plan, and deliver evidence based, autism specific interventions for pupils.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff, families, and professionals to create personalised learning and communication plans that support each child's educational journey.
  • Receive regular peer and clinical supervision onsite.
Qualifications
  • A recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification.
  • HCPC registration and commitment to CPD (in line with RCSLT guidance).
  • Experience working with autistic children and young people, ideally within a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of autism specific communication strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for inclusive education and a child centred approach.
